Wild Assessments offers neurodiversity coaching, which provides a supportive, non-judgemental space to help you better understand how your brain works and develop strategies that work for you. Whether you’re newly diagnosed, exploring the possibility of being neurodivergent, or looking to overcome challenges with organisation, confidence, overwhelm or self-belief, coaching can help you move forward.
Drawing on over 25 years of neurodiversity expertise, along with an ICF (International Coaching Federation) Level 1 certified ADHD coaching qualification, Rebecca is able to help clients to make sense of their diagnostic journey, what it means to be neurodivergent and support them to develop coping strategies.
What is coaching?
Coaching is a collaborative process that helps you better understand how your brain works and develop practical strategies that suit you. Rather than trying to “fix” you, coaching focuses on building on your strengths, helping you to understand yourself, what you need and how to advocate for this.
Do I need a diagnosis to have coaching?
No – you don’t need a formal diagnosis to benefit from coaching. If you identify with neurodivergent experiences and would like support, coaching can help you understand yourself better and develop strategies that work for you.

How is coaching different to therapy?
Therapy often focuses on exploring past experiences and emotional healing. Coaching is future-focused and aims to help you to develop practical strategies.

What happens during a coaching sessions?
Each session is led by what you want to focus on. We can discuss what’s important to you, explore any challenges you’re facing, recognise your strengths and identify any strategies that you can try out between sessions. In the first session, we ‘contract’ what the coaching sessions will look like, what you want to explore and how we want to work together. Each session will be 1 hour – 45 minutes of coaching time and the remaining 15 minutes left for you to ask any questions and to give you some breathing space before having to return to work.
How many sessions will I need?
Everyone is different. Some people benefit from a few sessions focused on a specific goal, while others prefer ongoing support over several months. We’ll discuss what feels right for you and review your progress regularly.
